The Emory Biomarker Service Center (EBSC) supports all Woodruff Health Science Center (WHSC) investigators as well as local, national, and international invesigators in health science. The EBSC is non-profit and focuses on the application of high-throughput genetic and molecular techniques for disease research in a translational setting. This includes molecular characterization, susceptibility genetic association studies, analysis, validation, and diagnostic development in a CLIA (CLIA # 11D1086150) certified environment.
Want to utilize EBSC services? The process for applying for services is simple. Please see our protocols page

The Emory Biomarker Service Center (EBSC) is the synergistic integration of the former Center for Medical Genomics (CMG), Yerkes Microarray Core (YMC), and the Winship Cancer Institute Microarray Core (WCIMC) facilities into one lab with complementary capabilities, goals, and services. By integrating into one shared core and facility we have leveraged knowledge and resources to provide comprehensive services for investigators at Emory University, Emory Healthcare, and the entire health care and research communities.
