Become a Subscriber:

Online Registration Form
Select from one of the following:
- SAF (for Sequence Analysis Software)
- MMC (for Molecular Modeling Software)
- MAF (for Microarray Analysis Software)
- EHPCC or ELLIPSE (for access to 128 or 1024 compute cluster)

After registration you will be emailed requesting a current FAS account number for payment of fees. Upon receipt of the FAS account number, you are welcome to download software, obtain logins, schedule Microarray times, or contact Steve Pittard for other software installations or for access to the compute cluster.

To cancel a subscription, complete the following cancellation form.

Compute cluster EHPCC, ELLIPSE or Programming Services


To request access to the compute cluster EHPCC (124 nodes), ELLIPSE (1024 nodes) or programming services, please contact Steve Pittard by e-mail or phone at 404-727-0038.

Software Installation:

LaserGene : To install Lasergene follow the download instructions here. Lasergene 7.1 is now available (June 1, 2007).

GCG: GCG access is available command line, through BIMCORE desktop, online through SeqWeb.

Local Blast: To obtain an account to access our local Blast server contact Steve Pittard.

GeneSpring: Genspring software is available for installation on your local Mac or PC. Contact Steve Pittard for installation.

Ingenuity: Ingenuity Pathways Assist software is accessible through the web. If you are a new user, click HERE to request a userid. Contact Kim Gernert for training or assistance.

Online Protocols: NEW!!!

OnLine Current Protocols content from Wiley Publishing is now available to Emory faculty, students and staff . This agreement, which was developed through the work of BimCore and Emory University Libraries, provides limited access to various protocols. The terms of our agreement require users to login to a Current Protocols page from an Emory IP or through the Emory VPN.

Emory Protocols include: Bioinformatics, Cell Biology, Cytometry, Human Genetics, Immunology, Magentic Resonance Imaging, Neuroscience, Nucleic Acid Chemistry, Pharmacology, Protein Science, Toxicology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology
